My first career was as a therapist helping individuals recover from traumatic experiences. Over time I built and ran a successful group mental health practice, eventually launching two additional businesses along the way.
Through those experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for the operational side of running a business — the systems, leadership structures, and workflows that allow organizations to thrive.
