If you had told me five years ago that I’d be building out EHR systems for medical practices and actually enjoying it, I would’ve laughed. I’m not a programmer, and I’ve never considered myself someone who loves highly detailed work. For a long time, I couldn’t quite put my finger on what I loved about building out the PracticeQ system and providing Fractional COO services. Then it clicked—I love organization and efficiency. It’s one of my absolute favorite things. 

As a mom of two young daughters, my personal life is anything but organized or efficient these days. So there’s real satisfaction in helping my clients create businesses that run smoothly—optimizing processes and workflows, building high-performing teams, and scaling in a way that’s sustainable and successful.  

When I start working with a business that needs restructuring, or an EHR that needs to be built or optimized, and have that moment where everything clicks into place, with everything running like it should, it feels incredibly satisfying every single time. 

When I first started my business, my goal was simple: to create financial stability so I could be fully present with my children while they’re young. Now, my goal is to help you use your business to achieve your personal goals—whatever they may be.
