I like to say that a business is a living organism, it's either growing or it's dying. There's no such thing as a stagnant business. Our businesses are a reflection of who WE are as the owners. So often times when something is not going well, we can dig a little deeper and see how it may be a reflection of what is going on in our personal journey. At the same time, when things are going amazing, it's also a reflection of our personal journey. In the therapy world we call this a "parallel process." A Little About Me...
My first career was as a therapist helping people heal from severely traumatic experiences. I built a successful group mental health practice and from there opened two other businesses. In the process I discovered my love for entrepreneurship-the unending creativity, problem solving and freedom that comes from owning your own business. I love helping people and have found a second passion coaching business owners to higher levels of profitability, efficiency and professional fulfillment. My experience as a therapist and successful business owner has given me a unique perspective that allows me to coach entrepreneurs and seasoned business owners using their own personality, life experiences and professional goals to help them find fulfillment and success in their business adventure.
